Terms

Short answer

These terms explain how to use the Arizona Wire Buyers website and what applies when you request an offer for surplus electrical wire and cable. Website information is not an offer to buy your material. Any purchase depends on a written offer and the material matching its description at pickup.

Website information

Last updated: 2026-11-08.

These terms apply to your use of arizonawirebuyers.com. The site provides general information about selling surplus electrical wire and cable. Its guides and descriptions are not an offer to purchase a particular lot.

Informational content is provided without a warranty of accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. It is not installation advice or approval to use a cable in a specific application. Check the manufacturer's documentation and the requirements for your project before making installation decisions.

Requests and written offers

Submitting photos, an inventory list or the offer request form is not a binding offer. A submission asks us to review the material. It does not commit us to purchase it or establish payment terms.

We make offers only in writing. Review the material description and all written terms before agreeing to a sale. If a detail is wrong or unclear, ask for clarification before pickup. Website descriptions do not replace the terms of an individual written offer.

Ownership and authority to sell

You must own the material and have authority to sell it. Possession of a reel alone does not show ownership. If the wire belongs to a company, the person approving the sale must have that company's authority.

We verify the seller and proof of ownership before buying. Supporting documents may include an invoice, purchase order, job closeout paperwork or a letter on company letterhead. We also need the name and ID of the person releasing the material. We do not buy material the seller cannot show they own.

Pickup and inspection

We pick up anywhere in Arizona. A written offer depends on the material matching its description at pickup. We check the lot against the written terms, including its type, size, footage and condition.

Tell us before pickup if quantities change, reels are removed or you discover damage. Do not assume the original offer applies to a changed lot. Confirm any revised terms in writing before the sale proceeds.

Payment terms

Payment follows the written terms. The payment method and timing are confirmed in writing before pickup. If you need a company check or ACH, ask while reviewing the offer. Do not rely on a website guide or form submission as confirmation of payment arrangements.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change a planned sale, call (951) 403-5738 or use the contact page before pickup. Cancellation conditions depend on the written terms for that sale. Ask for written confirmation of any agreed cancellation or change. Sending a request does not by itself change an existing agreement.

Forms and privacy

Provide accurate information about the lot and your authority to sell it. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal details and photos submitted through this website.
